  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

 Prepare the Bread Pudding:

  3. Pour the egg mixture over the soaked bread cubes and gently fold to combine.
  4. Add raisins or nuts if desired and mix well.

Bake the Bread Pudding:

  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

 Make the Vanilla Sauce:

  2. Stir in the sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Bring the sauce to a simmer, stirring constantly, and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

 Serve:

  1. Once the bread pudding is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  2. Serve warm slices of bread pudding drizzled with vanilla sauce.

Note: You can dust the top of the bread pudding with powdered sugar for an extra touch.
