Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Dice the bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions. Shred the cheese. Chop fresh herbs.
  3. Whisk Eggs:
    • In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Add Vegetables and Cheese:
    • Stir in the diced bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, and chopped fresh herbs into the whisked eggs.
  5. Grease Air Fryer Basket:
    • Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
  6. Pour Egg Mixture:
    • Pour the egg and vegetable mixture into the preheated air fryer basket.
  7. Air Fry:
