Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup white rice, uncooked
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep (5 minutes)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook Beef & Veggies (10 minutes, Medium-High)
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes until the onions are translucent.
- Add Rice & Liquids (2 minutes, Medium)
