 Ingredients (Only 4!)

  1. 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)

  2. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  3. 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (or chilled canned coconut cream for dairy-free)

  4. ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional but enhances flavor!)

No gelatin, no eggs, no baking. Just whip, mix, chill — done!

 How to Make It

 Step 1: Whip the Cream

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer until soft peaks form.

  • Don’t overwhip — you want light and fluffy.

 Step 2: Mix the Filling

  • In a separate bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice) and sweetened condensed milk.

  • Stir in vanilla extract, if using.

 Step 3: Fold Together

  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the pineapple mixture using a spatula.

  • Fold until fully incorporated — it should be creamy and airy.

 Step 4: Chill & Serve

  • Spoon into individual cups, a trifle bowl, or an 8×8” dish.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set and chilled.

  • Serve cold, optionally garnished with:

    • Toasted coconut flakes

    • Pineapple chunks

    • Mint leaves

    • Crushed graham crackers (for texture)
