  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing the air fryer basket

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  2. Add the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir everything together until evenly distributed.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or a light coating of oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour the quiche mixture into the greased air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Place the basket in the air fryer and cook the quiche at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden brown.
  7. Once cooked, carefully remove the quiche from the air fryer using oven mitts or tongs.
  8. Let the quiche cool slightly before slicing and serving.
