 Ingredients

 Main Casserole:

  • 1 cup ranch dressing

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

 Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prep

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

Step 2: Cook the Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water 1–2 minutes less than package directions (it will finish in the oven).

  2. Drain and set aside.

Step 3: Mix the Filling

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine:

    • Cooked chicken

    • Cooked pasta

    • Ranch dressing

    • Sour cream

    • Cheddar and mozzarella cheese

    • Crispy bacon (save some for topping)

    • Garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper

    • Optional: Broccoli or peas

  2. Stir until everything is well coated and combined.

Step 4: Assemble the Casserole

  1. Pour the mixture into your prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.

  2. Optional Topping:

    • In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and Parmesan cheese.
