Ingredients (Only 4!)
-
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)
-
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
-
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (or chilled canned coconut cream for dairy-free)
-
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional but enhances flavor!)
No gelatin, no eggs, no baking. Just whip, mix, chill — done!
How to Make It
Step 1: Whip the Cream
-
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer until soft peaks form.
-
Don’t overwhip — you want light and fluffy.
Step 2: Mix the Filling
-
In a separate bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice) and sweetened condensed milk.
-
Stir in vanilla extract, if using.
Step 3: Fold Together
-
Gently fold the whipped cream into the pineapple mixture using a spatula.
-
Fold until fully incorporated — it should be creamy and airy.
Step 4: Chill & Serve
-
Spoon into individual cups, a trifle bowl, or an 8×8” dish.
-
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set and chilled.
-
Serve cold, optionally garnished with:
-
Toasted coconut flakes
-
Pineapple chunks

Mint leaves
