- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 cup (120g) shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour or cornstarch (for thickening, optional)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) water (if using flour or cornstarch for thickening)
- Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
