Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 lb frozen meatballs (pre-cooked)
- 1 can (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Assemble the Casserole:
- In a large baking dish, combine frozen meatballs, marinara sauce, water, uncooked rotini pasta, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

- Return the dish to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish and Serve:
- Remove the casserole from the oven.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
