Step 2: Shape and Prepare the Bread

  1. Prepare the Pan:
    Generously oil a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking pan or a large baking sheet.
  2. Shape the Dough:
    Transfer the dough to the pan and gently stretch it to fit. Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  3. Dimple the Dough:
    Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Drizzle olive oil over the dough. Use your fingers to press deep dimples all over the surface.
  4. Add Toppings:
    Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, rosemary, and any additional toppings like cherry tomatoes or olives.
