  • Cooking oil or spray (for pan-frying or baking)

Optional for Frying (Coated Version):

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or seasoned)

You can also add mustard, cream cheese, or a thin spread of mayo inside for extra flavor.

 How to Make Ham and Cheese Sticks

Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients

Lay out your tortillas or bread slices. If using bread, trim off crusts and flatten them slightly with a rolling pin.

Cut each cheese stick in half (or fold sliced cheese into strips about the same size). Slice ham if needed to fit your wrap size.

Step 2: Assemble the Sticks

On each tortilla (or bread slice):

  1. Place one slice of ham flat in the center.

  2. Add a piece of cheese on top of the ham.

  3. Roll tightly into a log or cigar shape. Seal the edge with a little beaten egg or water to help it stay closed.

TIP: If you’re using crescent roll dough or egg roll wrappers, simply fold over the ends and roll tightly like a burrito.

Option 4: Air Fryer (Crispy & Healthier)

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
