  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  4. Combine Ingredients:

  5. Dress the Salad:
    • Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Chill and Serve:
    • Cover the pasta salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
