Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes
Total Time: 35-40 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pork Chops:
    • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
    • Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
  2. Make the Coating:
    • In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Prepare the Breadcrumb Mixture:
    • In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  4. Coat the Pork Chops:
    • Spread a generous layer of the sour cream mixture over both sides of each pork chop.
    • Press the pork chops into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating on both sides.
  5. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Cook the Pork Chops:
    • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
    • Place the coated pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap. If necessary, cook in batches.
    • Spray the top of the pork chops lightly with cooking spray.
    • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, then flip the pork chops and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Rest and Serve:
    • Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
