Ingredients:
- 4 crumpets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare Crumpets: Slice the crumpets in half horizontally to create a top and bottom half.
- Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Spread Garlic Butter: Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture on the cut side of each crumpet half.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Air Fry: Place the garlic buttered crumpets in the air fryer basket, cut side up, in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook: Air fry the crumpets at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
- Optional Topping: If desired, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot garlic bread as soon as it comes out of the air fryer.
- Serve: Remove the garlic bread from the air fryer and serve immediately while warm and crispy.
