  • 4 crumpets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Crumpets: Slice the crumpets in half horizontally to create a top and bottom half.
  2. Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Spread Garlic Butter: Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture on the cut side of each crumpet half.
  4. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Air Fry: Place the garlic buttered crumpets in the air fryer basket, cut side up, in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Cook: Air fry the crumpets at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Optional Topping: If desired, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot garlic bread as soon as it comes out of the air fryer.
  8. Serve: Remove the garlic bread from the air fryer and serve immediately while warm and crispy.

Note: You can customize this recipe by adding additional herbs or spices to the garlic butter mixture, such as dried oregano, red pepper flakes, or Italian seasoning.
