  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Lasagna Noodles:
    • Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then lay them flat on a clean surface.
  3. Prepare Filling:
    • In a skillet, cook the ground beef or Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
    • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sauté until softened.
    • Stir in crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Prepare Cheese Mixture:
    • In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
  5. Assemble Lasagna:

    • Roll up each noodle to form a lasagna roll.
  6. Air Fry Lasagna Rolls:
    • Place the lasagna rolls in the air fryer basket, seam side down, ensuring they are not touching.
    • Air fry for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve:
    • Carefully remove the lasagna rolls from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
    • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
  8. Enjoy:
    • Serve the Air Fryer Lasagna Rolls warm and enjoy the delicious, individual portions!
