Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray or oil for spraying

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Ground Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Mix Filling:
    • In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, diced red onion, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Assemble Egg Rolls:
    • Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling in the center of the wrapper.
    • Fold the corner facing you over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Prepare Air Fryer Basket:
    • Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush it with oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Air Fry:
    • Place the cheeseburger egg rolls in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. You may need to cook them in batches.
    • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the egg rolls are golden brown and crisp.
  7. Serve:
    • Allow the cheeseburger egg rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with additional ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
  8. Enjoy:
    • Enjoy these delicious air-fried cheeseburger egg rolls as a fun and flavorful appetizer or snack!

Note: Feel free to customize the filling by adding ingredients like diced tomatoes, lettuce, or your favorite burger toppings. Adjust the seasoning to your taste preferences.
