Air Fryer Steak Fajitas

Ingredients:
- 1.5 pounds flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: salsa, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro
Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Marinate Steak (Optional):
- In a bowl, combine thinly sliced flank steak with olive oil, fajita seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Allow the steak to marinate for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor. You can skip this step if you’re short on time.
- Prepare Vegetables:
- In a separate bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers and onions with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air Fry Steak:
- Place the marinated steak in the air fryer basket, ensuring it’s in a single layer to allow even cooking.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Air Fry Vegetables:
- Add the seasoned bell peppers and onions to the air fryer basket with the steak.
- Air fry for an additional 5-6 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Warm Tortillas:
- While the steak and vegetables are cooking, warm the flour tortillas in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
- Assemble Fajitas:
- Place a portion of the air-fried steak and vegetables on a warm tortilla.
- Add your favorite toppings such as salsa, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, and cilantro.
- Serve:
- Serve the Air Fryer Steak Fajitas immediately and enjoy!
