carnivore Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener (optional, if you prefer a sweeter taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients: Mix in the heavy cream, melted butter, sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract (if using). Beat until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  4. Pour the batter: Pour the cheesecake batter into a greased 8-inch springform pan.
  5. Bake: Place the cheesecake in the preheated oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.
  6. Cool: Allow the cheesecake to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve: Slice and serve chilled, either plain or with a topping of your choice, such as a sugar-free fruit compote or whipped cream.

Enjoy your creamy carnivore cheesecake!
