Instructions
Step 1: Make the Dough

In a large bowl, warm the milk and sprinkle yeast over it. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.

Stir in sugar, melted butter, and eggs until combined.

Add flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead by hand or mixer for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Cover bowl with a towel and let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Step 2: Prepare Filling

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Step 3: Roll and Fill

Punch down the risen dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a 16×12 inch rectangle.
