Blackstone smash tacos

Ingredients:

- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 12 small corn tortillas

Instructions:
- Prepare Blackstone Griddle:
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Cook Ground Beef:
- In a skillet or on a portion of the griddle, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks.
- Season Beef:
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning mix over the cooked ground beef. Add water and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the liquid has evaporated and the beef is coated in seasoning.
- Smash Tortillas:
- Place the corn tortillas on the griddle in a single layer. Using a spatula or press, lightly smash each tortilla to flatten it slightly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly charred and heated through.
- Assemble Tacos:
- Remove the tortillas from the griddle and place them on a serving platter. Fill each tortilla with a spoonful of the seasoned ground beef.
- Add Toppings:
- Top each taco with shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and chopped fresh cilantro.
