Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pork Chops

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Rub the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of each pork chop.
Step 2: Sear the Chops

Step 3: Caramelize with Brown Sugar

Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet.
