Carnivore pizza crust

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Servings: Makes 1 pizza crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef or pork
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Meat Mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or pork, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the Crust:
    • Transfer the meat mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan. Use your hands to press the mixture into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick, forming a crust around the edges.
  4. Bake the Crust:
    • Place the crust in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the crust is firm.
  5. Optional Broiling:
    • If desired, you can broil the crust for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking to achieve a crispier texture.
  6. Add Toppings:
    • Once the crust is baked, remove it from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings such as tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables, and meats.
  7. Bake Again:
    • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Slice and Serve:
    • Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy your carnivore pizza crust!

Note: This crust is high in protein and low in carbohydrates, making it suitable for those following a carnivore or low-carb diet. Feel free to customize your toppings to suit your taste preferences.
