Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven or Grill:

    • Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil, each about 12 inches long. Place them on a flat surface.
  3. Combine Steak and Vegetables:
    • In a large bowl, combine the cubed sirloin steak, halved baby potatoes, halved baby carrots, and trimmed green beans.
  4. Prepare Garlic Butter Mixture:
    • In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, chopped parsley, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  5. Coat with Garlic Butter:

    • If using the grill, place the foil packets directly on the grill grates and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.

    • Carefully open the foil packets, being mindful of the hot steam. Serve the steak and vegetables directly from the packets.
