For Ham and Egg:

  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

For Air Fried Chips:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Potatoes:
    • In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using), ensuring the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Air Fry Potatoes:
    • Place the seasoned potato strips in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.

  3. Assemble:
    • Arrange the cooked ham, eggs, and air-fried chips on a serving plate.
  4. Garnish:
    • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve the Air Fryer Ham, Egg, and Chips Breakfast immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
    • Enjoy this hearty and satisfying breakfast with a combination of crispy air-fried chips, savory ham, and perfectly cooked eggs.

Note:

Feel free to customize the dish by adding other ingredients like sautéed vegetables, cheese, or your favorite hot sauce. Adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer model and preferences for the level of crispiness.
