  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

  2. Saute Onion and Broccoli:

  5. Whisk Eggs and Milk:
    • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, dried thyme (if using), and garlic powder (if using).
  6. Pour Egg Mixture:
    • Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli, ham, and cheese.
  7. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set in the middle and the top is golden brown.
  8. Check for Doneness:
    • Insert a knife into the center; if it comes out clean, the quiche is done.
