Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Cut the baguette or Italian loaf in half lengthwise, creating two long pieces.
  3. Garlic Olive Oil:

  4. Spread Tomato Sauce:
    • Spread an even layer of tomato sauce over the garlic-brushed sides of the bread.
  5. Layer Mozzarella:
    • Arrange the fresh mozzarella slices evenly over the tomato sauce.
  6. Add Tomato Slices:
    • Place the thinly sliced tomatoes on top of the mozzarella.
  7. Season:
    • Season the pizza bread with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Bake:
    • Place the assembled pizza bread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted, and the edges are golden brown.
