Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

That sounds like a tasty combination! Here’s a simple recipe for a nacho cheese beef wrap:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced jalapeños, sour cream, salsa

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add the taco seasoning mix to the cooked beef according to the instructions on the packet. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Warm the nacho cheese sauce in a separate saucepan or in the microwave until it’s smooth and easy to pour.
  4. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce onto each tortilla, leaving some space around the edges.
  5. Divide the cooked seasoned beef evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center on top of the nacho cheese sauce.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef on each tortilla.
  7. Add any desired toppings like diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, jalapeños, sour cream, or salsa on top of the cheese.
  8. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll them up tightly to form wraps.
  9. If preferred, lightly grill the wraps on a skillet or panini press for a few minutes until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  10. Serve the nacho cheese beef wraps warm and enjoy!

Feel free to customize these wraps with your favorite ingredients or adjust the spice level to your liking. They make for a delicious and satisfying meal or snack!
