Nacho tacos

For the Nacho Tacos:

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 8 small taco-sized flour or corn tortillas

For the Nacho Toppings:

  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole or diced avocados
  • Salsa
  • Black olives, sliced
  • Lime wedges


Cook the Ground Meat:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Add the taco seasoning according to the package instructions. Stir and simmer until heated through.

 Assemble the Nacho Tacos:

  1. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  2. Spoon the seasoned meat into each tortilla.
  3. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, red onions, sliced jalapeños, and chopped cilantro.

Add Nacho Toppings:

  1. Dollop each taco with sour cream.
  2. Add a spoonful of guacamole or diced avocados.
  3. Drizzle with salsa.
  4. Sprinkle sliced black olives on top.

Garnish and Serve:

  1. Garnish the Nacho Tacos with lime wedges.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy your loaded Nacho Tacos!

Note: Customize the toppings to your liking, and you can also add ingredients like black beans or corn for extra flavor and texture.
