SAUSAGE, EGG & CREAM CHEESE HASH BROWN BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook Sausage:

  7. Whisk Eggs and Milk:

    • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
