  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Beef:
    • In a bowl, combine thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss the beef until evenly coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.

  6. Adjust Seasoning:
    • Taste the pepper steak and adjust the seasoning if needed. Add more soy sauce, salt, or pepper according to your preference.
