Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
- Cook the Chicken:

- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low. Let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Combine Cheeses:
- In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add Chicken and Cheese Mixture:
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to incorporate it into the pasta mixture.
- Spoon dollops of the cheese mixture over the top of the skillet lasagna.
- Broil to Melt Cheese:
- Preheat your oven’s broiler.
- Place the skillet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and starts to turn golden brown.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Remove the skillet from the oven.
