Baked Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
Recipe: Baked Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Ingredients:
For the Sliders:
- 12 slider buns
- 1.5 lbs thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (green or red)
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 12 slices provolone cheese
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions:
For the Sliders:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
- Return the cooked ribeye steak to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Mix well to combine.
- Split the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spoon the Philly cheesesteak mixture evenly over the slider buns.
- Top each slider with a slice of provolone cheese.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, onion powder, and dried oregano.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the sliders.
Baking:
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the tops are golden brown.
To Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let the sliders cool slightly.
- Use a sharp knife to separate the sliders, if needed.
