Air Fryer Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Vegetables:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

For the Air Fryer Seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Marinate the Chicken:

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables:

  1. In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Air Fry:

  1. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Add the seasoned vegetables around the chicken.

Air Fry:

  1. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  2. Check for doneness – chicken should be cooked through, and vegetables should be tender and slightly caramelized.

Serve:

  1. Transfer the air-fried chicken and vegetables to a serving platter.
