 Combine Ingredients:

  1. Pour the egg mixture over the cooked potatoes and ham in the skillet.
  2. Gently stir to combine, ensuring even distribution of ingredients.

 Add Cheese:

  1. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the egg and potato mixture.
  2. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook on low heat until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes.

 Garnish and Serve:

  1. If desired, garnish the skillet with fresh chives.
  2. Serve the Cheesy Ham and Potato Egg Skillet hot, straight from the skillet.
