Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced beef steak, diced potato, chopped onion, diced carrot, frozen peas, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Roll Out Pie Crust:
- Roll out the refrigerated pie crust on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pie crust into 4 equal squares.
- Fill Pasties:
- Divide the filling mixture equally among the 4 pie crust squares, placing the filling on one half of each square, leaving a border around the edges.

- Fold the other half of each pie crust square over the filling to create a triangle shape. Press the edges firmly together to seal. You can crimp the edges with a fork for a decorative touch.
- Brush with Egg Wash:

- Air Fry Pasties:
- Place the pasties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook Pasties:
- Air fry the pasties at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is cooked through.
- Serve:
- Once done, remove the Cornish pasties from the air fryer. Serve hot or at room temperature.
- Enjoy:
- Enjoy these delicious and savory air-fried Cornish pasties as a hearty meal or snack!
Note:
- You can customize the filling by adding other ingredients such as diced swede (rutabaga), mushrooms, or herbs like thyme or rosemary.
