Instructions:

  3. Shape Meatloaf:
    • Shape the mixture into a loaf shape, ensuring it fits into your air fryer basket.
  4. Prepare Glaze (Optional):
    • In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to create a glaze.
  5. Spray Air Fryer Basket:
    • Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Cook Meatloaf:
    • Place the shaped meatloaf in the air fryer basket. If using the glaze, spread it over the top of the meatloaf.
  7. Air Fry:
    • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Check for Doneness:
    • Check for doneness by inserting a meat thermometer into the center of the meatloaf.
  9. Rest and Serve:
    • Let the chicken meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
