Cook Time: 10 minutes
Intensity: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for air frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped ham, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, diced bell peppers (if using), diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro or parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean work surface.
    • Spoon the chicken and ham filling evenly onto each tortilla, leaving some space around the edges.
  3. Roll the Wraps:
    • Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them tightly to form wraps.
  4. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Air Fry the Wraps:
    • Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with oil to prevent sticking.
    • Place the wraps seam side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
    • Air fry the wraps at 400°F (200°C) for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve:
    • Remove the hot chicken, ham, and cheese wraps from the air fryer.
    • Let them cool slightly before slicing each wrap in half diagonally.
    • Serve the air fryer wraps hot with your favorite dipping sauce or a side of fresh salad.

Note: You can customize these wraps by adding other ingredients such as sliced avocado, jalapeños, or different types of cheese. Adjust the seasoning and spice level according to your taste preferences.
