Ingredients:

  • Peelings from 4-5 large potatoes (washed and dried)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon dried herbs (like rosemary, thyme, or oregano)
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Potato Peelings:
    • Ensure the potato peelings are well washed and dried to remove any dirt.
    • Place the potato peelings in a large bowl.
  2. Season the Potato Peelings:
    • Drizzle the olive oil over the potato peelings.
    • Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional dried herbs.
    • Toss the potato peelings to ensure they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  4. Cook the Potato Peelings:
    • Place the seasoned potato peelings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

  5. Serve:
    • Remove the potato peelings from the air fryer and place them on a serving plate.
    • Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
  6. Enjoy:
    • Serve the air-fried potato peelings as a crispy snack or a side dish.
