BUTTER PECAN POUND CAKE

Ingredients:

Instructions:
For the Butter Pecan Mixture:
- Prepare Pecans:
- In a small bowl, mix together chopped pecans, melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
For the Cake:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
- Cream Butter and Sugar:
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla:
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
