Carnivore Chaffle Burger

Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 1 slice cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite)
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Onion slices (optional)
- Pickles (optional)
- Mustard, ketchup, or other desired condiments
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chaffle:
- Preheat your mini waffle maker or chaffle maker.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, baking powder (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter onto the preheated waffle maker. Close the lid and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Repeat with the remaining batter to make another chaffle.
- Cook the Burger Patty:
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. Form it into a patty slightly larger than the chaffles.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patty for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Place the cheese slice on top of the patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Assemble the Burger:
- Place one chaffle on a plate. Top it with the cooked burger patty and melted cheese.
- Add the crispy bacon slices on top of the cheese.
- Layer on the lettuce leaves, tomato slices, onion slices (if using), and pickles (if using).
- Place the second chaffle on top to complete the burger.
- Serve:
- Serve the carnivore chaffle burger immediately with your favorite condiments such as mustard, ketchup, or mayo on the side.
