Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 1 burger

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 1 slice cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Onion slices (optional)
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Mustard, ketchup, or other desired condiments

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chaffle:
    • Preheat your mini waffle maker or chaffle maker.
    • In a bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, baking powder (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.
    • Pour half of the batter onto the preheated waffle maker. Close the lid and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Repeat with the remaining batter to make another chaffle.
  2. Cook the Burger Patty:
    • Season the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. Form it into a patty slightly larger than the chaffles.
    • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patty for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Place the cheese slice on top of the patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  3. Assemble the Burger:
    • Place one chaffle on a plate. Top it with the cooked burger patty and melted cheese.
    • Add the crispy bacon slices on top of the cheese.
    • Layer on the lettuce leaves, tomato slices, onion slices (if using), and pickles (if using).
    • Place the second chaffle on top to complete the burger.
  4. Serve:
    • Serve the carnivore chaffle burger immediately with your favorite condiments such as mustard, ketchup, or mayo on the side.
  5. Enjoy:
    • Enjoy this low-carb, high-protein carnivore chaffle burger as a delicious and satisfying meal!

Note:

  • Feel free to customize the toppings and condiments based on your preferences. You can also add additional toppings like avocado, mushrooms, or jalapenos for extra flavor.
