Ingredients
- 1 pound thinly sliced beef or pork (choose a lean cut for crispy chips)
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a wire rack on a baking sheet for even crisping.
- Prepare the Meat:
- Pat the thinly sliced meat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps in getting a crispier texture.
- Arrange the meat slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet or wire rack.
- Season:
- Lightly season the meat slices with salt. You can also sprinkle optional spices if using.
- Bake:
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through the cooking time, until the meat is crispy and browned. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
