Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
- Add the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Form the Flatbreads:
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions.
- Spread each portion into a thin, flat circle or rectangle on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spread and about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the flatbreads are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Cool and Serve:
- Remove the flatbreads from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Once cooled, use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the flatbreads into desired shapes and sizes.
- Serve:
- Serve the carnivore flatbread warm, topped with your favorite carnivore-friendly toppings like bacon, sausage, or cheese, or use it as a base for a carnivore pizza.
