Carnivore Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Mixture:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
    • Add the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Form the Flatbreads:
    • Divide the mixture into two equal portions.
    • Spread each portion into a thin, flat circle or rectangle on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spread and about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the flatbreads are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Cool and Serve:
    • Remove the flatbreads from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
    • Once cooled, use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the flatbreads into desired shapes and sizes.
  6. Serve:
    • Serve the carnivore flatbread warm, topped with your favorite carnivore-friendly toppings like bacon, sausage, or cheese, or use it as a base for a carnivore pizza.
