Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients:

For the Beef Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce

For the Wrap Assembly:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream and fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

Cook the Beef Filling:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef, stirring until well combined.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  5. Stir in the nacho cheese sauce, and let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes. Set aside.

Assemble the Wraps:

  1. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10 seconds to make them pliable.
  2. Spoon the beef filling onto the center of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, jalapeños, and shredded cheddar cheese over the beef filling.

 Fold and Roll:

  1. Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.

 Serve:

  1. Place the wraps seam-side down on a serving platter.
  2. Garnish with dollops of sour cream and fresh cilantro.

  2. Pair with your favorite salsa or hot sauce for an extra kick.
