  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients:
    • Add melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in Cheese:
    • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese into the dough, distributing it evenly.
  5. Form Biscuits:
    • Scoop out portions of the dough and form them into 12 biscuits. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake:

  7. Cool:
    • Allow the biscuits to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
