Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar (or adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: crushed graham crackers, fresh berries, chocolate chips, or whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Whip the Cream
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Step 2: Mix the Cream Cheese
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until fully combined and smooth.
Step 3: Fold in the Whipped Cream
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture in small batches until fully combined and fluffy. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
Step 4: Serve
- Spoon the cheesecake fluff into serving bowls or cups.
- Garnish with crushed graham crackers, fresh berries, or chocolate chips for added texture and flavor, if desired.
Tips:
- Flavors: You can add lemon zest, cocoa powder, or even a swirl of fruit preserves for flavor variations.
- Make Ahead: Cheesecake fluff can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
