Cheesecake Fluff Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar (or adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: crushed graham crackers, fresh berries, chocolate chips, or whipped cream for garnish

Instructions:

Step 1: Whip the Cream

  1. In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Step 2: Mix the Cream Cheese

  1. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until fully combined and smooth.

Step 3: Fold in the Whipped Cream

  1. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture in small batches until fully combined and fluffy. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Spoon the cheesecake fluff into serving bowls or cups.
  2. Garnish with crushed graham crackers, fresh berries, or chocolate chips for added texture and flavor, if desired.

Tips:

  • Flavors: You can add lemon zest, cocoa powder, or even a swirl of fruit preserves for flavor variations.
  • Make Ahead: Cheesecake fluff can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Sweetness: Adjust the powdered sugar to your taste. You can start with 1/3 cup and add more if you prefer it sweeter.
