  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1 medium head cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 large carrots, julienned or grated
  • 5 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook Ground Meat:
    • In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, cook the ground pork or turkey until browned and cooked through. Break it into crumbles as it cooks.

  4. Add Vegetables:
    • Add sliced cabbage, julienned or grated carrots, and sliced green onions to the skillet. Stir to combine everything.
  5. Sauté Vegetables:
    • Continue cooking for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring frequently.
  6. Adjust Seasoning:
    • Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more soy sauce, Sriracha, or hoisin sauce if desired.
