  • 1 medium head cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 large carrots, julienned or grated
  • 5 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook Ground Meat:
    • In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, cook the ground pork or turkey until browned and cooked through. Break it into crumbles as it cooks.
  2. Add Aromatics:
    • Push the cooked meat to the side of the skillet. Add sesame oil to the empty side and sauté minced ginger and garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Combine Sauce:
    • Combine the cooked meat with the ginger and garlic. Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, Sriracha, and hoisin sauce. Stir well to coat the meat in the flavorful sauce.
  4. Add Vegetables:
    • Add sliced cabbage, julienned or grated carrots, and sliced green onions to the skillet. Stir to combine everything.
  5. Sauté Vegetables:
    • Continue cooking for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring frequently.
  6. Adjust Seasoning:
    • Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more soy sauce, Sriracha, or hoisin sauce if desired.
  7. Garnish and Serve:
