  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Salad Greens:
    • Wash and dry the mixed salad greens thoroughly. Tear or chop them into bite-sized pieces if needed, then divide them among four serving plates or bowls.
  2. Arrange Ingredients:
    • Arrange the diced chicken breast, hard-boiled egg slices, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions over the salad greens.
  3. Make Dressing:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey (if using), salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  4. Dress Salad:
    • Drizzle the dressing over the assembled salad ingredients.
