For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Salad Greens:

  2. Arrange Ingredients:

  3. Make Dressing:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey (if using), salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
