Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
